Overview
If an order is rejected by an approver, you will receive an email alert as defined in the Create Approval Rule section. In such a case, your Order History page will look similar to the image below.
Note: Rejected orders appear first in the list. This makes them easily identifiable.
Dealing with rejected Orders
- Click "View Details" for the order to correct any issues and resubmit the order.
