Add New User

Use the Add User button to add a new user or modify an existing user in the system. For multiple users, use the User Import Upload process captured in the Bulk User Upload section. Fields marked with "Required" must be populated before the user can be added to the system.

Access User Screen

Click on the User Management then Users menu option.

Click the "+Add User" button to load the Add User screen.

User Configuration

Name	Description
UserID	A unique ID for the user.
Full Name	The user's first name.
Password	The user's password for access to the system.
Confirm Password	A confirmation of the user's password that was entered.
Email Address	The user's email address.
Cost Center	The cost center associated with the user.
Disabled	Setting this option to "false" will keep the user's account active. Setting this option to "true" will disable the user's account.
Assigned Authorities	The user's Organization Level and Roles are set here. Refer to Recommended Roles and Organization Hierarchy for additional information.
Dashboard Items per Page	The number of items that will be shown on a single web page.
User's Geographic Region	The user's geographic location.
User's Time Zone	The user's timezone.
Date Display Format	The date format that will be shown.
Time Display Format	The time format that will be shown.

Name Configuration

Name	Description
Salutation	The user's salutation.
First Name	The user's first name.
Middle Name	The user's middle name.
Last Name	The user's last name.
Suffix	The user's suffix.

Address Configuration

Name	Description
Address	The user's street name.
City	The user's city.
State	The user's state.
Postal Code	The user's zipcode.

Contact Information Configuration

Name	Description
Phone Number	The user's telephone number.
Fax Number	The user's fax number.
Toll-free Number	The user's toll-free number, if applicable.

Social Media Configuration

Name	Description
Website Address	The user's website address.
Facebook	The user's facebook page.
Twitter	The user's twitter account name.
